PICK UP: Please call us on arrival, we will make our way to your vehicle to collect your pup. Be sure to have your dog on leash and that his/her collar is secure. We will then clip on our own leash and bring your pup inside.

DROP OFF: Similary to drop off, please call on arrival. We will then bring your pup outside for you.

Note: We do not allow pick up or drop offs between 12:00-2:00 pm Monday-Friday.

PAYMENTS: Payments can be paid online through our booking platform. Alternatively, we can take payment over the phone or bring the machine out for you to use. We will be wiping down the debit/credit machine after each use.
