Our Temperament Test

Each dog must go through a temperament test in order to be accepted into our daycamp. Because we use food and toys, it’s important that we eliminate the risk of resource guarding in our facility. This means that unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any dogs with a history of resource guarding toys with other animals/people.

The temperament test is done during the evening based on availability and mutual schedules. Following the temperament test, we do a one-hour trial. The trial is a great way to introduce your dog to our daycamp and is included in the price of the temperament test.

Temperament Test Appointments

Temperament tests are scheduled by appointment only. Please note that we do require all dogs to be up to date on vaccines (Bordetella, Dhpp and Rabies) and be spayed/neutered if over the age of 8 months. Dogs need to be a minimum of 4 months old and have had received their rabies vaccine to be accepted into daycamp.
